To avoid a service charge of the first night's stay, cancellations must be received seven days in advance of the stay.

Deposit will be the first night's stay, or, for the occasion of a PABB package price involving reservations with other attractions (e.g., the Kayaking Package,) the deposit will be the price of the entire package.
